Section 148
Need to get vehicle insurance

(1) The vehicle owner or manager must insure each vehicle as prescribed.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the certificate of registration of a vehicle that is not insured will not be renewed and if such vehicle is a public vehicle, such public vehicle will be registered to operate transport services and a road license will not be granted.
